Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
All the submitted manuscripts will undergo a double-blind review process. At least two or six experts in the relevant field will review each manuscript. The reviewers will submit their recommendations along with comprehensive feedback to the editorial office. The editorial board will decide on the manuscript after receiving all reviews.
The possible decisions may include:
- Accepted in its current form.
- Accepted with minor refinements.
- Accepted with substantial revisions.
- Revisions required for reconsideration.
- Not accepted for publication.
Peer Review Process
JICC will inform you of the first decision within six days of submission. It typically reviews the submissions within approximately 45 days. Since the peer-review process can be time-consuming, the duration may vary depending on the article.
Once the manuscript receives acceptance for publication, JICC will reach out to the authors via email. The authors should prepare the manuscript in alignment with the journal’s template. Finally, the authors are required to submit a copyright transfer form along with the manuscript through the online submission system. JICC will not entertain submitting a rejected manuscript again. However, authors can resubmit the manuscript if the status changes to "Revise and Resubmit."
Note: We only consider an acceptance from "editor@asajpublishers.com" to be valid.
